We're seeking a Multi Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, lead passionate teams, and ensure our venues run smoothly and profitably. This is an exciting, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong operational insight, people management skills, and a genuine love for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations across all three venues, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

  • Support and develop venue managers and their teams — lead by example, coach regularly, and foster a positive team culture.

  • Drive financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and analyze KPIs.

  • Work closely with the head chef, supervisors, and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences across dining, bar, and event services.

  • Ensure each venue meets licensing, safety, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate on marketing and promotions to increase bookings, foot traffic, and brand visibility.

  • Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and ordering processes.

You Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing hospitality venues.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Solid understanding of F&B operations, event planning, and customer service best practices.

  • Financial acumen — experience managing budgets, rosters, and P&Ls.

  • Hands-on attitude with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events.
